PS, they only give you 5x spend here as a Hilton Diamond member (not what I got last month at Pedregal). After a week there, I don't plan to go back and can't recommend it for too many reasons to count. Rooms are noisy, beach is overtaken by obnoxious touts, food is mediocre, overall hotel design is cold and it just won't get better for awhile.

Maybe I'd try it again in 2-3 years when the kinks have been worked out but just can't recommend. Nonetheless, happy to provide tips on a great local driver, local restaurants, etc. for anyone else making the trip soon
