I don't think A has ever let me down for an entire day, but they do make me switch protocols or servers upon occasion. Sometimes, I just don't care enough to bother with the workarounds, though. I shall also concede that my Android performance is awful. I accept responsibly for this because I've yet to follow their instructions (i.e. reboot/reconfigure). Their chat support is pretty great, though (i.e. if you tell them you want to livestream at Disney, they will devise an optimal strategy).
My computer (most important) is really fast on all fronts.
A was letting me down last time I was in the PRC (in 2023) like clockwork, every 15-20 minutes. As in, one night I was just trying to watch a live stream and every 15-20 minutes, the connection would drop. I don't think A is a silver bullet. The only thing that worked reliably without outages was my CMHK SIM card.
