Oh dear, this doesn't bode well. I stand to lose even more in relative terms. My flight to Montreal booked with a UK TMC excluding taxes was £8,881 (and BA.com quoted £9,262 for the same flights at the time of the booking). If it goes through distance-based then I would get just 1,626 tier points (not including the bonus). Fingers crossed it goes through according to the exception for negotiated fares otherwise I will need to start constructing a DONE3 for later in the year...

I agree, if you can spare some time to push for this it would help set a precendent to enforce what is described on the BA.com website. Either way I wonder if we should set up a Wiki naming (shaming?) the UK travel management companies which successfully yield revenue-based tier points compared to those that end up with distance-based only.
