Yes, I can confirm it was absolutely revenue based (£6,900) and in fact the equivalent fare on ba.com at the time was the exact same (but this one had to be booked through a corporate TA, I had no choice on the matter). It is one of the major CTAs too.
hiya, I wouldn’t let them off the hook , it’s clear in the faqs , they should award at the higher assumed level- regardless. TBH you shouldn’t have to put up with this nonsense at such high fares !
