Retroactive miles credit 'could not be processed'

Hi together,

with the changes in the miles & more program I have decided to switch to M&S where it is easier to attain and keep gold status.
For the past months I have retroactively been adding the miles to my account, so that I can still use my M&M FT status to access lounges, which until April worked smoothly.
Since early April every time I try to credit the miles I receive following error message: 'Your request could not be processed. Please try again later.'
This has been the case both in app and on website.
Flights where this applied:
MUC - BER with LH in U, and return in V
MUC - ORD with LH in PE G
ORD - DFW with United in Y

Q1: Does anyone know why this is happening, and what the solution would be?
Q2: What is the best way to have TK solve this issue? Submitting a feedback form did not lead to a response in the past week. I called the hotline, and they told me they could not help me, and to use the feedback form. Maybe best would be to visit the airport TK desk?
