I find even doing that it's hard to track everything when you have multiple offers and they stack. It's gotten to the point where I put pretty much all of my purchases on this card as I'm not needing to redeem points anywhere right now and it's effectively giving me 10% back on all my purchases. I still think this is the best card going especially if you want cash back. I only wish it was available in Apple Pay so I wouldn't have to type in my credit card details or use it at a terminal.
It's weird that they don't let us add the card to a mobile wallet.
In my spreadsheet, column A is the merchant name such as Home Depot or HomeDepot.com.
Column B is the amout of the transaction.
I use a cell in column C to add up the GGR.
I use a cell in column D to add up Home Improvement.
I use a cell in column E to add up online.
Let's say C20 is the total for May's GGR, and D20 is the total for May's Home Improvement, and E20 is the total for Online.
The formula for C20 may be
=C3+C4+C7
The formula for D20 may be
=C3+C5+C7
The formula for E20 may be
= C6+C8
As I make a purchase I add the cell to the appropriate C20,D20,E20.
