From what I gather, the seats feature a USB-A port. I am curious what the experience is for these: are they often broken or are planes relatively well-cared-for?

Also: does anybody have any idea what kind of current these ports will charge at? Is it the bare minimum 500mA or will it charge things a bit faster?
it's the typical A port charging, put it this way I was able to fully charge my phone with around 4000mAh in a 10 hour flight. If you want anything faster you need to bring your own power plug to plug it under the seat - so you can bring your fast phone charger.

I'd say in my experience it's every other seat that works (in multiple airlines even with their new A350).
