Having never been to Osaka, is there much difference in location? I have both of these booked at 100k points per night (I have Diamond status if it matters). I will be traveling with my family (which includes small children). Things I may value more than most - convenience of location without using public transportation (a train, no matter how convenient, is less convenient with a 1 year old and a 4 year old, honestly a cab is a lot better as long as the country doesn't demand car seats in a taxi in town), the included breakfast, and the room being spacious (they look to be about the same sq ft though).
Also, I think the tea at the WA would be good for my wife and daughter. Does the Conrad have something similar?
The Conrad is a bit isolated/on its own island, while the WA Osaka is pretty much right next to Osaka station. But if public transit isn't your concern, it's much more of a wash IMO. Conrad also has the executive lounge.
