I work in Romford, live not too far away but currently have no home bathroom due to renovations so staying here off and on!
rooms are very small but comfortable and more than adequate for the £56 last night cost.
Perhaps just worth noting my room with a great withof London and the train station in the foreground were due to me picking a high floor at OLCI.
Would recommend the turkish restaurant Mangal Meze 1 min away....

Can't comment on breakfast as i didn't bother...
