I’ve take a few flights with EasyJet since joining their Plus membership. They have boarding nailed on, I think partly as they usually have stairs or bridges to the front and back doors, and they get you queuing up before the plane is ready.
In flight hard product has been fine. Front row for all journeys, and mostly no one sitting next to me as non-Plus travellers don’t want to pay the extra fee I guess. The soft product is fine too - I’ve only had drinks as tended to max out lounge food (via Amex Platinum?”) before boarding.
And today I tried out booking an earlier return flight for free (paid version of the would have been £170) - phoned and was sorted in 5 minutes. I was reminded I needed to check in again, and had an instant email to confirm the change.
So just some data points really, but I have no complaints. These flights were mostly booked as they made more sense than BA (eg direct option) or were much cheaper that BA economy.
