Yes... that's the "standardized" JPML service that came about a while back... aside from the miso soup, all the serviceware is basically standard UA. Just a red tray liner (no linen) to differentiate. A decade or so ago, the JPML service had some custom pieces, but I don't think any of that will be coming back.
UA needs to do what AA did, partner with one of the partners to cater the Japanese meals, maybe ANA.
