Your second post seems to indicate that you have a single PNR & both segments were booked together. If this is the case then you don't need a visa. If you are on a single PNR for the entire journey (DOH-DEL-KTM) then you will have no problem since its a regular international to international transit.
I've made correction. I thought the two flight segments were booked separately. But they are part of the multi-segment booking. One single booking code.
