Who's the caterer for BA at KUL? That sounds indeed unbelievable - if it's the same caterer as MH, BA must have offered some budget that even with the cheap cost in Malaysia not able to meet some minimal quality - which is sad when you look at what they are charging for tickets.

The amuse bouche used to be served in the 3 little trays before the meal on the flight... thats now gone and is full single pre starter now.... prior to the flight I got warm nuts, cheese nibbles and olives in the little trays....
