BA34 from KUL-LHR. Chose the 'Chicken Satay Roulade' - we were flying from Malaysia after all, had high expectations. Crew were embarrassed to serve what came out. It tasted as bad as it looked. Chicken was dry and flavourless - veg was wet, soggy, overcooked and flavourless. 'Satay sauce' tasted nothing like satay - thin and watery with oil floating on top.
