For me the key question is whether this is just a rebranding of Basic Economy, Non-refundable Economy, and Refundable Economy with exactly the same benefits and limitations as before, or whether this announcement means refundable fares will now get higher upgrade priority than 360s, DMs, PMs, etc. This would not make me happy because I have zero ROI on refundable fares - it is (for me at least) a completely useless product.
