"We determine your position on the upgrade list using these factors in order:
  1. Medallion Status (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver)
  2. Product purchased (Delta One, Delta First, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort, Delta Main)
  3. Million Miler status
  4. Experience type (Extra, then Classic and Refundable)
  5. Additional tie-breakers (Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card, Corporate travelers, MQDs, Date and time of request)
Ex. A Diamond Medallion with the Classic experience will still be prioritized over any Platinum, Gold or Silver Medallions, even if those members purchased the Extra experience. A Diamond Medallion with Extra will be prioritized over Diamonds who purchased Classic. "
