I bought cards like the one mentioned above (zillions), and it posted at the base rate of 10x, not 20x dining for DoorDash. It also does not even show the merchant category as "Other." It's just empty.

The points have always posted correctly for me.
Even for my Chase Sapphire Preferred, I got 3x for DoorDash which is what is expected for
dining even though I bought the Zift eGift cards.
