I thought the security was at T3 just prior to boarding the bus. But I've only ever done this for connection to domestic NH, not JL.
Yeah I'll definitely get on a bus that leaves at least 30min prior to departure, ideally earlier. Just was wondering if there was a cutoff for it.
I'm starting to wonder if 3:15 layover time is cutting it too close.
I don't know how effective DL is in handling luggage for separate tickets.

That would be the before security bus.
The principle for NH and JL is the same though. Drop your bags, go through security, take a bus to the domestic terminal. What I don't know, and can't really see anywhere is the frequency and time table for these busses.
