Also have you checked in and got boarding passes (with the old passport details) already? If not then note the check-in desks at LCY remain open until 30mins before departure so that's decent in itself, but you ideally don't want to have to do that if HBO. Not sure what time online check-in closes, maybe before that?
So due to the PP issue we don’t have any boarding passes and have not checked in.
Should we go to the desks before security or go straight to security and then get boarding passes at the gate? Or is it not possible to go through security without a BP?
