One other thing I learned last year about booking travel with this card: if you get an advisor you like, you can request them each time you do bookings.
Last year when I was talking with my banker, the travel concierge came up in passing and I said I didn’t find it particularly useful (I’d just get a regurgitated list from Viator each time I inquired about things to do). My banker mentioned they were going to revamp the program soon, though I have heard nothing incremental since then.
