Yes, but sometimes they ask for a boarding pass. I guess this lounge technically won’t because it’s landside. Would be great to land from my Condor flight and wait out my 2.5 hour sit w coffee and a shower!

UPDATE: I can confirm that they ask for a boarding pass, but I showed my arriving one and they let me in without question.
