Add me to the camp that thinks it'll be related to sleep comfort. Storage is already pretty elaborate, there's nothing ground breaking on the horizon with IFE, and the last round of updates just addressed privacy. A more comfortable mattress when you're laying flat seems like the next area where an airline could really differentiate it's product.
