Cannot imagine catering UA beverage carts is much different than other airline carriers. As others mentioned, must be a budget thing where UA carts are on the bottom of the priority list.
Those are two different groups under one leader. You have a full catering operations & logistics team that handles catering and not part of inflight from a JD perspective.
