I've been trying to set up a new household account for the newest member of the family for the past month and it's been immensely frustrating.
Every time I clicked to send an email in order to join the HHA, nothing would come. Escalated to customer service but the query wasn't dealt with. It's started working now so the link arrives but the form that it's linked to where you need to fill in details to be a new BA Club member is locked and I'm unable to put in any text like a password and address!
How and why is this so hard? Shambolic
