I have changed my multi carrier award ticket 4 times becuase of business availability. Some time they charged 50 and some time they charged 120 . Sometime they cancelled the whole ticket and issued a new ticket . And they never tell you what they charged because payment link comes later and that doesn’t show any details .
Might be easier if we go back to rules prior to 10 Jan 2023

Cancellation and reissue: everything else. Your segments can be held (subject to reticketing deadline which can be as low as 24h for QR) but a new ticket will be issued.
The rules changed 10 Jan 2023
Changes to rebooking and reissue fees 10 Jan 23 . After that point:
- rebooking and reissue (as defined above): US$50
- cancellation (incl reissue after cancellation, with held sectors): US$120
Agents don't have much idea which changes are rebookings, which changes are reissues and which ones require a cancellation.
Rebookings on CX do not require refund and new payment of YQ. Rebookings on partners, reissues and cancellations (if subsequently reissued) do.
