There is a single airport-operated lounge at SPU and I confirm that it's accessible by KLM pax (done it myself several times over the past year).

The lounge is extremely basic, so don't hold your breath, but weirdly enough it's not open to Priority Pass, Lounge Key etc. so there's plenty of space and it's quite comfortable. Decent views too.
