Ok then and for MNL these flights are A333 B773 B77W A359 A35K 901/939/919/903. Regarding CX903 if it arrives into MNL T3 at 18:45 from 16:40 HKG you arrive 1hr after the 17:45 flight from SIN SQ916. That has a 2hr connection from the 06:00 PER-SIN flight SQ224.
