I just spent 80 min--EIGHTY minutes--to book 2 RT tickets using a card by the same bank that in the most coincidental way, has the same last 4 digits (even though different names, mine v my wife). An agent booked them for me--and had to call the rate desk bc of some other anomaly--where the agent kept apologizing and was herself disgusted with .bomb. Notably, I tried to specifically add the card to my profile, and it kept telling me I had already added it.
