I'm not sure it's an upgrade, although it's really all good. The 2005 Palmer is a kick-a$$ wine from an amazing vintage; 2004 is a very different animal, Mouton or not, much more classic and subdued. The Mouton is more ready to drink (although it could also benefit from more time in bottle) while the Palmer needs a lot more time in bottle.
I saw on LHR sectors Clos de Tart 2013 is being served too. Recently opened one on the ground at a friend's dinner 2 months ago and was pleasantly surprised at how open and tertiary it was. It didn't show up when I searched for MXP, but here's hoping for it too!
