Yes. One SUA should be good for both reservations, as long as the whole stay is under seven days and the standard suite is available for all the nights.

This happened to me. Two back-to-back reservations that MHC could not merge and I only had one SUA in my account at the time. Person on the phone said it was not a problem, did their thing, and now both reservations have the blue SUA icon and the room type as the standard suite.
