We've had a HHA for about 10 years which I setup in my BAEC account.

Now when I log into BAC via web (or mobile app) I can see the full HHA balance compete with all members combined Avios (which seems good).

But if I go to manage the HHA (which is something I've done irregularly over the years) it just presents me with a page to create one (which is bad).

Anyone else experiencing this?
