I've done this before, where the property is super popular (Alila Big Sur) and I had two SUAs ready, and so right as the date opens up I book one reservation with SUA and the next day book the subsequent date with another SUA. I then reach out to Hyatt support and they were able to return one SUA back to me and, while still keeping the two reservations separate, both now show as "Suite Award" in their details page.
