Going on 2+ months now without Plat status (first year I’ve been less than plat pro in 12+ years). Stuck at gold now - no MCE in advance is a problem.

Per other posts, it seems like they just don’t care to fix this issue. Which is strange considering the very clear and pointed communication they distributed regarding the posting of LP on transaction date instead of closing date.

Hoping for resolution soon but not expecting much. Sent another reply to AA CS today. Think I’ll send an X/Twitter DM too, as I’ve had luck w those agents in the past.
mine was just resolved. Platinum status posted. They added the LP to last year. And didn’t remove from this year. Status refreshed automatically.

late is better than never I suppose
