I've had a bad day trying to book flights. It took 90 minutes as there was some kind of credit card glitch. Even trying to pay over the phone failed. No it was not the card as I was finally able to pay with the card at the end.

I need to chase up why the ticket is not fully issued. Although it seems paid for.

Further comment, the person on the end of the ;ine does not seem to knowwhere the call is coming from, as I was only greeted in English on the last call.

The service was good from all three, it was mostly a systems issue but veyr frustrating as I was booking forn Sunday and I think one of the older bookings which failed blocked me from the flight of my choice when i finally was able to pay
