After I sent them 3 reminders (can't really tell if that helped) I finally got a response last Thursday asking me to provide a PDF document of my bank account, and the next day they confirmed they would transfer the money within a few days. I got it today. So not so bad, considering that my last refund took them almost 4 months. But after all I am happy, I can move forward...
