Mine ends up set to the in-flight map regardless of the airline or the size of the screen.
I'm not saying it's not useful for some people: I'm sure it is. But it doesn't move the needle for me. I'd rather have no IFE and more legroom, personally.
I remember reading, probably on here, that the tech was an option, even for coach, but that corporate contract holders said absolutely not. They don't want the temptation of their proprietary info being splashed up on screens.
