I’m having a very similar issue as the OP.

Last September (120 day advanced purchase), I booked MXP-LHR-IAD, DCA-ORD-SAN, SFO-LHR-BCN - all in business for ~$2,400 per pax (3 pax).

I’ve flown the MXP-LHR-IAD portion.

Now I need to change the date of the DCA-ORD-SAN segments from May to late June. I’m flexible on the dates and have found plenty of options with I availability. I don’t want to make any changes to the last legs, which are on BA metal (AA codeshare) for mid-July.

I’ve called 3 times and have gotten quotes ranging from “I can’t make any changes” to $3,000 per ticket.

I found this thread, just curious if anyone else has had any more recent experiences like this and found any better way to get it resolved?
