You apparently didn't buy their "flexibility", which is now why they are holding you to the unchangeable "Standard" ticket.

The Flexible ticket just means you don't pay change or service fees.
The standard ticket clearly shows it's changeable for a €50 e/w change fee and €40 service fee.
MyTrip are saying the same. The ticket is changeable but Aer Lingus are refusing the changes.
Aer Lingus confirm it changeable but has to be done by My Trip.
I'm not getting what I paid for so a chargeback is fully justified.
