Curious as I have a stay over August long weekend at the HR downtown, I would agree the amenities and breakfast as you have described are better. I think it would be hard to compete with the HR downtown in terms of location. This will be a multi-family stay with kids ranging 5-15. Trying to weigh if I should adjust plans.
