Hello there,

I recently took a return trip from LHR to Chengdu via Beijing on China Southern airlines.

My BA Exec number was printed on all my tickets but I have not received the Avios one month later.

In theory I have four flights to claim for:

1. LHR to PKX
2. PKX to TFU
3. CTU to PKX
4. PKX to LHR

These flights were all booked on one itinerary (two ticket numbers are provided on my invoice).

I have found the 'Claim missing Avios' form on the BA website but I'm not sure how to fill it in?

Should I submit for each leg one by one?
