I have been trying to communicate with Hertz concerning a police violation that occurred eight months ago and which Hertz has just now informed me of. They apparently have incorrect information that they communicated to the police and it is causing all sorts of problems with the traffic department in California.
Hertz has no effective customer service. It is bad. Real bad when there is an issue. I have been provided multiple phone numbers and emails including customerreations@hertz,com,
[email protected]. 239 301 7000, 800 654 4173. All ended up in call centers who are effectively useless for anything more than a billing error.
Does anyone have information of an actual US corporate contact involved with customer service management to help resolve this?
