I could have someone that can look into this delay reasons, but it will take a bit of time.
I would not let off AZ so easily if I were you, but I can't suggest anyone to help you with the complain. For my issue at the time I found an italian organization, but I don't think you speak enough italian to go with them...

At least on short haul I found ITA CCs pretty useless when it comes to delays. No knowledge at all, not even when common sense would be enough.
