Definitely, as long as you do not clear immigration/customs on arrival. Your Lauda flight will probably park at the satellite building where the airside transit hotel is located.

When you check-out of the hotel the next morning, only then should u proceed to immigration/ customs (for connecting passengers) at the main terminal building. I'm assuming that your domestic flight is on MH, they have a transfer counter near the inter-terminal train station at the main terminal where you can do your domestic flight check-in formalities before proceeding one floor down for immigration/customs.
