Maybe a touch too strong but I don't think anything about the MAN experience can really be described as "good". I agree that security is much, much less aggressive than it used to be. But staff can still be terse at times, FastTrack is poorly implemented (often merging with regular queue at the trays), rejection rate is ridiculously high due to antiquated equipment, the lounge is average at best with often long queues to get in and poor seating layout (though at least a reserved area for BA away from the "5am I'm on my hols and going to get smashed" vibe), boarding is generally an unpleasant scrum in the corridor and yes, the place often feels overcrowded due to the low ceilings and cramped nature of the place.
I'd go with tolerable as a fair adjective
