The station manager I believe is an actual JL employee/contractor and I think even is/speaks Japanese. I have also sometimes noticed one more in JL uniform. Most of the check-in and gate agents are AA ground staff in AA uniforms though.. which, well, that is pretty self-explanatory.

At least for JL 3 I have noticed a JL staff member at the Greenwich front desk, which theoretically could mean someone could get help from them even without lounge access if the staff member is willing to help. I wonder if the JL staff is there primarily to make sure AA dragons let in JL PY pax though (since the AC is closed late night.)
