You cannot personally booked direct Prive rates on IHG’s website, only travel agents can.

But to be honest, it shouldn’t make any difference whether the booking is made via GDS or via IHG’s website or reservation centre.

What you’re hearing from multiple agents here is that a good agent would be on your side to get this sorted.
