All of my trips booked via Concur have been ok.
I however just attend a conference for 4 nights. I booked via the conference organizer's rates. Nights and points didn't post even though on check-in the front desk staff confirmed my Bonvoy number was in the reservations. 4 days after I felt they should have settled my folio and finalized my bill, still didn't see points. I created a query via their online portal where it asks if I had a copy of my bill. I uploaded it. Next day, I received a message advising that the nights and points will be posted to my account. They were posted in 15 mins.
