Upgraded to junior suite with terrace (very large balcony, stretching length of room). Sunset view from terrace

Restaurant has views of pond and Black Sea just beyond pond ...views from seating at small-medium outdoor area w/ tables and inside on tall stools with countertop with large windows.

Wide buffet assortment at breakfast, eggs in various styles can be ordered as these are not in the buffet.

Stayed several nights. GM is former GM of Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze where it took 28 days to get a special level rate (rates were fluctuating wildly late Nov 2021 - April 2022) which was provided in email and then wasn't honoured. Waiting since February for special rate from GM and GM's new property Courtyard.
