You have more confidence than I my friend! Air Canada and Gate Gourmet would screw up the Lord's prayer if they had the chance. Have you seen the "Pizza" they serve as a snack on some of the shorthaul routes in J? I believe I provided some feedback on that upthread - summary - NOT GOOD!
