What I see is an upgraded hard product with apparently not much added room…….and soft product that can be easily withdrawn, just a little at a time. Added inflight staff, 1 shared perhaps, which can be easily withdrawn if the economy turns down at some point.
This is more based on previous United behavior, not my general feeling about United.
Let’s hope that they don’t allow upgrades into this new class, “free” upgrades cheapen the product and, come on, United SA employees need the perk to fly upfront again ! You want to sit upfront? Get out your credit card! 😀
