I had the lamb shank on YVR-HKG today, it was disgusting, 2/3 of the “lamb” was skin/fat/gristle/joint, and was quite unappetizing. The couscous was so overcooked it was more like a mashed vegetable and bland, the roasted carrots were raw carrots. One of the worst business class meals I have ever had.
